How long does the procedure take?

For a typical treatment session, it takes approximately 20 - 60 minutes, including preparation, procedure and recovery time. Prolotherapy may be carried out as outpatient or inpatient. Most patients are able to return to their work and usual activities one or two days after the procedure.
